Frequently asked questions
Can I upgrade or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.
What is the MCP server?
It's a plugin for Claude Desktop (and any MCP-compatible AI client) that lets Claude read your emails, search them, and manage your Outlook inbox directly from chat. Install with uvx email2chat-mcp.
Why are Gmail write actions (mark read, archive) not available yet?
Gmail write access requires Google CASA Tier 2 security certification, which is in progress. Outlook write actions work today. Gmail write support will be added post-certification.
