Email2Chat converts emails from Gmail, Outlook/Microsoft 365, or any IMAP inbox into instant messages on Telegram and WhatsApp. We use a read‑only approach and offline/hybrid AI so your data stays under your control.
Who we are
Email2Chat is created and operated by Mohamad Bayram under CSB Group SARL / CSB Academy. Our mission is to remove inbox friction and deliver important information where you act fastest — chat.
Sign in with Microsoft Entra External ID (Azure AD B2C) or email+password. OAuth is used for Google/Microsoft mailbox authorization.
Convert any type of email from IMAP‑compatible providers, custom domains, or enterprise mail.
Deliver to today’s channels — and our architecture is ready for more in the future.
Privacy by design
We don’t save email bodies or attachments in the database. Access is read‑only by default. Optional AI features (summarization, Arabic translation, classification, voice notes) can run with offline models to help protect your data.
